Project Two: {SNEEK PREVIEW}

It's been a little while since my last project which you can view the SNEEK PEEK HERE and the END RESULT HERE. It was so fun doing research, mood boards, shopping and putting all my hard work together at the end! Husband & I are looking at doing lots more projects but one of the biggest things I love is Guest Bathrooms & Guest Rooms!! they are just so gorgeous and thoughtful, we have family coming to stay in february so we thought it's a perfect opportunity to finally make my spare bathroom and one of the spare bedrooms into the perfect guest retreats! We are renting so we can't paint, wallpaper or put up shelves etc.. and we want to buy things that we can later use when we buy a house of our own. The style I am going for is high end class with Black, Silver & White as my colour palate and lots of useful and thoughtful essentials.

I think I pretty much have the best family in the world! They are always so caring yet so down to earth and not afraid to jump in the deep end with you. Mum flew up as a last minute surprise last Tuesday morning I didn't have a very good week beforehand in fact I would say the past few months have been a crazy roller coaster! I am so thankful my parents flew my Mum up here because I really needed her and this week was just lovely spending time together. Mum always knows how to make me smile again and refocus my mind and now she has left and I am clasping my world with so many doors open and windows with abundant light shining through. Now for the waiting game to begin, the part that is the hardest for me I really have to learn patience it has never been my strong point. My sister has left me with a good luck and stress free charm and mum has filled my house with calming candles that smell oh so yummy! I have once again returned to my calm happy place and its because of my Parents, my brothers and sister and my Husband who have not left my side and swam with me in the deep end for a while. Thankyou Mum and Dad for everything for being my rocks when I needed you the most. x x x

Life Lately...

Summer Ambiance

The hot days have been lingering on, Christmas is fast approaching and summer is finally here! Mum has flown up for a visit and what a day she arrived 35 degree heat! definitely not in Canberra anymore! we have been catching up with with family and also my lovely friend for her birthday tomorrow Happy 30th Birthday Jaymi!! Tonight was lovely a nice BBQ, a new oil burner with the yummiest papaya melt! and I found my dragonfly lights for outside we created pure ambiance and this summer night is so calm and just what my mind needs. I am so lucky to have my family they are always so reassuring, calming, loving and ready to stand strong what more could you ask for but most of all they bring Good Luck!
